Health/Energy Bars:



Base Mix:
1 Cup Soy Flour
1 1/2 Cups Oatmeal-Ground To Flour
1/2 Cup Wheat Flour
1 1/2 Cup Whole Grain Cereal-Choice, Ground To Med-Fine Consistency
2 Egg Whites
1 Cup Soy Milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla


Mix above ingredients thoroughly. The completed mix should be medium dry to dry. If mix is wet add flour to dry.Choose and add spices & fruits from bellow and mix well.

Roll out onto large floured baking pan. Roll about 1/4 Inch thick or slightly thinner. Use plenty of flour(choice) on rolling pin and when done slightly dampen top with any fruit juice or squeeze a lemon/lime brush onto top.

Bake in oven at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes. Do not over cook. Let cool slightly then cut into bars. Makes 16-18 bars



Optional Spices I Use With Apple/Raisin & Banana/Apricot Bars
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ginger


Apple Raisin:
2 apples diced
1/2 cup raisins

Banana/Apricot:
2 Over-Ripe Bananas
1/2 Cup Dried Apricots-Diced

Berry Mix:
1 Cup of any of the following fruit/or mixed and matched:
Blueberry/Banana
Strawberry/Apple
Blackberry/Yogurt
Peach/Apple
