Creamy Blue Cheese Dip(Good For Chips Or Veggies):



The Mix:
1/2 Cup Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup Blue Cheese
Approximately 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped chives


Blend above ingredients thoroughly. The completed mix should be very smooth.

Keep chilled until needed



To give dip a little mediterranean flavor add some finely diced olives....Optional

You may substitute low fat cheeses to make a reduced fat version.

*Try some on toasted pumperknickle or rye bread.
